Sending Emails Through Customer Insight

You can send emails to your contacts more personally through the Customer Insight feature because when you send targeted emails from Customer Insight to a contact, only that email address will receive your email. This allows you to make it more personalized.

Here's how to send targeted emails through the Customer Insight feature:

  1. Go to the Customer Insight menu.
  2. Search for and select the contact you want to send an email to. Once you find it, click the 'Action' icon.
  3. You will then be taken to the contact's personal data. In the data section, there is a "Send Email" button. Click that button.
  4. An email composer will appear where you can start creating an email using Plain Email.
