You can send emails to your contacts more personally through the Customer Insight feature because when you send targeted emails from Customer Insight to a contact, only that email address will receive your email. This allows you to make it more personalized.
Here's how to send targeted emails through the Customer Insight feature:
- Go to the Customer Insight menu.
- Search for and select the contact you want to send an email to. Once you find it, click the 'Action' icon.
- You will then be taken to the contact's personal data. In the data section, there is a "Send Email" button. Click that button.
- An email composer will appear where you can start creating an email using Plain Email.
